What is Energy Healing?
The term Energy Healing describes various holistic healing techniques based on the belief that everything is energy, including the human body.
As a practitioner I channel healing energy through my hands or a magnet to my client’s body with the goal to restore the balance of energy to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
It is based on connecting the conscious mind with the subconscious mind and engaging the whole person to promote health and well-being and enable the body’s natural healing ability.

Clients remain clothed and lie or sit comfortably. Some report sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional shifts, or deep relaxation; responses vary widely.
