I am Teresa Million, better known by my family and friends as Grandma Purple. I am a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and Certified Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code Practitioner. I am the proud owner of Purple Energy Healing, where I help individuals and animals release emotional baggage and restore balance to their bodies, improving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

I have spent most of my life in healthcare, but in 2016, I dabbled in the holistic world and became a Reiki Master. Then, in 2023, I stumbled upon a YouTube Video Dr. Bradley Nelson was making about the Emotion Code. This intrigued me as I knew I had a lot of emotional baggage, so I ordered his books “The Emotion Code” and “The Body Code.” After reading the books and trying the steps, I knew I needed to know more.  I signed up on Discover Healing to get certified in the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. I finally felt like I had found my purpose in life. I have been blessed to have my family and friends support me as I learned this new skill.

The changes I have experienced in my emotional, mental, and physical health have been remarkable. However, I believe the most amazing one to me was when my mammogram showed abnormal findings, and I received a call that I needed to go in for additional tests.  I did 2 Body Code sessions on myself and released several trapped emotions and imbalances. They did an ultrasound and a repeat mammogram and nothing showed up on the new tests. I am positive it was due to releasing those trapped emotions and imbalances in my body using the Body Code allowing my body could repair itself and allow the mass to disappear. I am thankful to Dr. Nelson for developing this energetic healing modality.
